I’m Amber Cotton, a registered nutritional therapist with a deep commitment to helping clients safeguard their bone strength and mobility as they age.

Having trained for four years at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in Richmond, I've spent the past five years in practice, supporting women’s metabolic health. More recently I’ve decided to focus specifically on the vital role that an individual’s diet, physiology and lifestyle choices play in maintaining strong, resilient bones.
My passion for this work is deeply personal. I witnessed first-hand the impact of osteoporosis on my mother— how it gradually eroded her mobility, leaving her increasingly frail and in chronic pain. Her experience has instilled in me a desire to help my clients take proactive steps to protect their bones, so they can enjoy an active, independent life for as long as possible.
I offer one-to-one consultations at the Stockbridge Osteopathic Practice, where I will be working with clients looking to strengthen their bones, reduce their fracture risk, and support their overall health through a personalised, evidence-based and integrative approach.
